The primary goal of the Mortgage Bearer Program is to raise funds to pay off the mortgage loan for our temple facility.

| Mortgage Update – Jan 2015 | By BABA’s grace, over the past four years, the loan amount has been reduced significantly from $4M USD to ~$2.6M USD. In 2014, a total of $500K was paid toward the loan. |
| Mortgage Update – Nov 2013 | By BABA’s grace, the loan was refinanced earlier in the year at a lower interest rate. The structure allows an extra annual repayment without penalty. Current outstanding loan amount at that time was $3.17M USD. |
| Mortgage Bearer Program Update 2013 | With BABA’s grace and devotees’ donations, $66,200.75 has been raised. Donations from Nov–Dec will go toward the mortgage payment (excluding donations for special programs like Annadanam and Sandwich Seva). Devotees are encouraged to participate to help reduce the loan further and support more community and charitable activities locally and in India. |
