SUMMARY:Blanket Drive
DESCRIPTION:The Blanket Drive will start on November 9th\, 2025 and end on February 8th\, 2026. A container will be placed in the lobby area of the Shirdi Sai Center for collecting new blankets. The blankets will be provided to homeless shelters in the Bay Area. We would appreciate if devotees can donate new blankets.  A container will be placed in the temple lobby for collecting the blankets.
\nIf the container is full or you are unable to find it\, we request that you give the toys or blankets to one of the volunteers at the center. We would like to invite you to participate in this event in person at the temple and seek and receive Baba’s divine blessings. \nThe priest will be performing the puja at SSP Temple. This is a temporary group and it will be deleted after the event \n \nDevotees have to get the following items for performing puja at Temple: \n\nTurmeric\nKumkum\nSandal wood paste\nCoconut – 1\nBlouse Piece – 1 (avoid black color)\nBetel Nuts – 1 packet or aprox 11 in count.\nDry Dates – 1 packet or aprox 11 in count\nQuarter Coins – 1 bundle or aprox 11 in count.\nFlowers and Fruits are optional.\nBetel leaves – approximately 14
